Search the Hokkaido for Gourmet with Dancyu
Hokkaido is one of Japan’s most famous food kingdoms, with an abundance of food from both the sea and the mountains. Kosei Ueno, editor-in-chief of the popular gourmet magazine “dancyu,” takes a close look at the appeal of such Hokkaido ingredients. He and his assistant, anchor person Yuka Mori (HBC), will tell you about the current state of Hokkaido’s food ingredients in order to create “dancyu Hokkaido”.
